Go Paddleboarding Adventures 30th May 2026
Go Paddleboarding Adventures Clinics 2026
Race better. Paddle better. Perform with more confidence.
I’m excited to be running two BOOTH Training clinics with Go Paddleboarding Adventures on 30 May 2026 at Silver Wing Lake, Wraysbury.
These sessions are built to help paddlers improve the things that most often hold them back. Poor starts, wasted energy through inefficient technique, lack of board control, and not knowing how to execute when the pressure comes on.
If you want to feel more prepared, more efficient, and more confident on the water, these clinics are for you.
This is not just time on the water. It is quality coaching, direct feedback, race insight, and practical skills you can apply straight away.
Across both sessions, I’ll share the key lessons I’ve learned from years of racing and coaching at the highest level to help you become a faster, more skilled, and more complete paddler.
Skills and Sprint Workshop
30 May 2026
9:00am to 11:00am
Silver Wing Lake, Wraysbury
Sharpen your race skills and improve your execution.
A lot of paddlers are fit enough to race well, but lose ground through poor execution. Slow starts, messy footwork, poor board control, and ineffective sprinting can cost valuable seconds and leave you chasing early.
This session is designed to fix that.
We’ll focus on the race skills that make the biggest difference when speed and execution matter most, including:
-
starts
-
sprinting
-
board control
-
movement around the board
-
race-specific skills to build confidence and performance
You’ll leave this session feeling sharper, more switched on, and better prepared to perform.
Best for: paddlers wanting to fine tune race skills, improve execution, and build confidence.
Technique Workshop
30 May 2026
1:00pm to 3:00pm
Silver Wing Lake, Wraysbury
Improve efficiency and get more from every stroke.
Many paddlers work hard but still feel like they are fighting the water. Poor body position, inefficient timing, and technical habits can reduce both speed and control while wasting energy.
This session is designed to clean that up.
We’ll work through the foundations of strong paddling, including:
-
stroke efficiency
-
body position
-
board trim
-
timing
-
key technical details that improve speed and control
My goal is to help you better understand your stroke, identify the biggest areas for improvement, and give you clear feedback you can actually use.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of how to paddle faster, move more efficiently, and get more from your effort.
Best for: paddlers wanting better technique, more efficiency, and a clearer understanding of how to paddle faster with less wasted effort.
