Home Training Plan
This plan has been designed to help people who can’t get out to a gym but have time to train at home. We don’t need much more than a yoga mat to train these days. Train with me to help you stay fit and healthy when you have that spare 30mins to an hour. These type of fitness sessions not only are good for you physically but also help us mentally kick start the day. Most of these sessions I have done myself for years and have been specifically designed to help paddlers stay strong and everyday people keep fit. There are three tiers of sessions including beginner, intermediate and advanced. Its only $10 a week. What are you waiting for?

How long does it take to receive my program?
For home training plans should be no longer then 72hours.

Payments are made via the form below via credit card which is secured via SSL 128bit encryption. All payments and recurring payments are processed by Stripe.
Is this a subscription based service?
Yes all training plans are subscription based
